Krystal is amazing and one of a kind. Our family met her only one time and we love her so much, because as a family traveling with kids with special needs she was very kind, understanding and very accommodating.

Loved it here! A bit pricy but as a priority pass holder I got a free room for an hour and a discounted rate. Very friendly service. Will return if I have another layover here
