I just called today to inquire about a 1b/1br and Diane was so sweet and helpful and she made me laugh. She answered everything I asked and gave me all the information I'd need to apply. I've never called a leasing office and had someone be so helpful before. Definitely gives high hopes!!

Diana the leasing agent is absolutely terrible. Each and every month she asked for additional payments for literally any and everything! Please make sure you keep up with your receipts to be able to cover your tracks. her as well as the maintenance man is veryyy nosey. And always in my apartment WITHOUT permission. And if you call a higher up you will not get any help! bug infested! & overall a horrible living experience.

I am an older black woman with very good credit. I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment which led me to this place because of their ad. I met with Diane( older woman) who quickly said no we don't have anything. A lady of few words. I Gave this place 1 star because your customer service could have been a little bit better example:
We don't have anything at this time but here's an application. With all the complaints about Diane and she is still there says a lot about this company

I normally never do things like this and I’ve never thought I’d have to write a terrible review about a place that looks absolutely gorgeous but I have to. Wednesday 10/17/18, I went apartment hunting and decided to check this one out around the corner from where I live. I go in the rental office to ask the property manager (older lady, short red hair) if she had any apartments available and if not, when... Very politely. She told me no and doesn’t know when but then proceeded to say “this is a zero tolerance community”. I asked what did she mean by that and she had the nerve to tell me “We don’t accept criminals or skunk weed” THROUGH ME FOR A LOOP!!! Told me if I have visitors, she has to know and needs to see their ID and needs to know when they will be there and when they are leaving. Even if it’s for one day! As I’m getting ready to walk out the door, she tries to hold a conversation SOLELY on her precious community. I just told her to enjoy her day and walked out. Never experienced something like this in my 23 years of living. I was so shocked, I just laughed. I’m still shocked. This is totally unacceptable and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Now I do understand that some people try to get over on companies. But just because you’ve had your fair share of a few bad apples, gives you no right to basically judge any and everyone. And me being a young African American woman, definitely comes off as being racially profiled as well! From other reviews on other websites, this is not the first time she has said this to someone. So it’s not just her, it’s the company as a whole! Unbelievable! Do better!

I was treated extremely disrespectfully and RACIALLY PROFILED FROM THE SECOND I STEPPED IN. the lady was flat out racist I couldn’t believe the treatment I got here this lady really ruined my day. First of all me and my Fiancé make a really good living. From the moment we walked in we were profiled. I said hello nice to meet you and she wouldn’t even shake my hand and gave us a dirty look Then I asked if we could view a model we’re looking for apartments and AS SHES STANDING IN A MODEL says “we have no models we don’t do that” then says “ we don’t do that loudness and frat stuff over here it stays quiet as you can see” ?why was that comment even necessary? Literally that’s the second thing she said to us we haven’t even sat down to speak yet. She lied to us about the rent price and claimed to us that we INDIVIDUALLY need to make at least $19 an hour after my fiancé said he makes $18? she said “nope not gonna work you need atleast “19” and you need to have been at your job for atleast six months try again in a few months we have nothing for you people she had a snarky attitude attitude from the minute she saw us and she basically tried convincing us not to get the apartment .

Very Friendly leasing agent, Diana, she was my second mother! Great sense of urgencies when it came to any repairs needed thanks to Earl and this was a well diverse, quiet and safe apartment I made wonderful memories with family and friends here. LOVE THIS PLACE. Did I mention affordable?

When I went in to get an application, the lady at the front, Diana I believe her name was, was very rude to me. She initially told me that there was nothing available. When I saw online that they did. I proceeded to ask her when will a 2 bedroom be available and she looked at me and immediately said "You need to make $2,100"a month to be able to afford a 2 bedroom here. Now I was offended because I don't know if it's me being young, or black but she just automatically assumed I couldn't afford to live there. Damn the rents only $700!!! And it's just sad to be judged like that. I actually have a college degree.
