I think i have the worst sandwich ever in my lifetime with worst taste which didn't cooked well and less toppings as you can't imagine . Sorry to say this . Waste of money .

Never ate the food. Drive up to drive through and waited... Finally I started asking it anyone was there. When they did answer I asked how much a 20pc nugget was and got a simple answer of "I don't know". Then started asking is the screen was correct. Next I hear is you want two of them, right. I said no just one and another (rude) response of I wasn't talking to you.I just left

This location should be shut down. I spent 25 minutes in the drive through with one 3 cars in front of me before I drove off. They can take that $9 and give it as a gift to one of their employees when they shut down.

The only reason this McDonald’s is still open is because of the airport, plus neighborhood traffic. It’s certainly not customer service and good food. 2 vehicles in drive thru and I swear it felt like 3 lifetimes went by. You’re never greeted with a hi how are you today with a smile. When you pull up. A mumbling can I help you. I give my mobile app code. Pull up she says. I’m greeted with the back of her head on the cellphone. 10 seconds later she prints a receipt without looking at me and hands it to me. No eye contact. The managers are worse. One of them is a black lady with glasses with a black surgical mask half way on her face. She was asking me questions and I couldn’t understand her because her mouth was covered and her back was turned to me. She seem to love her position even though she lacks leadership skills. No one says have a nice day after being serviced. It’s like they can’t wait for you to leave. One thing is for sure. They laugh and joke with each other. I waited 20 minutes for a frappe order that I ordered from app. When I get to the window, they’re laughing and playing. Little girl ask what was your order? I replied frappe. She hands it to me and that was that. She went back to the laughter of her coworkers. I guess my being a customer assuring job security is irrelevant. They have a great location and that’s why they get away with it. The location sells itself.

Alot of the workers were rude and failed to acknowledge customers, food was mediocre, 2 cheeseburger meal had no pickles at all. Order a sweet tea with one of my meals and instead of paying attention to what I bought they just gave me two empty cups for fountain soda when one was supposed to be sweet tea. The tables were dirty and the workers had bad attitudes

Horrible service!Each employee was wearing something different, mostly street clothes not uniforms.Quarter pounder was so undercooked it was almost raw!? Returned it for a new one. Missing the fries for one of us, good thing we didn't use the drive through for our order.Filthy place, very disappointing for McDonald's!This was on Thursday night, February 8 2024
