$4,514.00 for engine price. Installed by East Beltline Service on 12 Feb 2019.On 20Oct2022 took it to Dealership for code P00017. Tech. Said needs major tear down for timing issue.Engine has 22,450 miles on it.Called Jasper they said sorry it’s 8 months out or warranty. Nothing they can do.Any company that builds an engine that the timing system doesn’t last 22,500 miles must have reused the old timing belts from the original engine it rebuilt.I built these engines. Simply inferior quality with Jasper rebuilt engines.Scrap the idea of using this companies rebuilt engines. Obviously they use scrap parts during the rebuilding process.

Great product! Call companies like Fraser Engine Rebuilders to help you install a Jasper Engine or Transmission. They have a wonderful staff and great company.

If given the choice between Jasper and another motor for a boat, please do yourself a favor and spend the extra. They do not stand by their warranty. In other words, in my opinion they suck!
