I was leaving Westland meadows around 11:20-11:30 and a fed ex driver sped through and almost hit my car. The speed limit is 15 in the park and they were definitely going faster than that. I had to swerve and hit a trash can to avoid the truck. I scratched my car because of your workers reckless driving.

The speed limit im my trailer park is 5 miles and hour and the area is full with kids and these guys are always flying down the street no exaggeration they also like to go down my on way street the wrong way all the time

Customer service was incredibly rude. This is the first time I am having a package delivered through FedEx and I called this location to get some insight on when my package would arrive due to no updates online. When they answered the phone I explained my situation and the man cut me off and said he needed the name on the package and tracking number. I then asked if he was ready for the tracking number to be read to him in which he replied “In order to movement forward I need the tracking number.” in a very rude tone. Again, the customer service was incredibly rude.

MANY issues. I am the only employee of my company currently, and I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Friday 5/17/2019. It was delivered to the WRONG address, signed by someone who is NOT me, my business, or anything close to it. I have been waiting a WEEK for a response from FedEx, calling everyday with no help at all. They keep telling me the driver was suppose to go back to the delivery spot and request the package back, but NOTHING has been done. I am now out $500, lost $500 in merchandise, and have customers waiting on items that should've been delivered to my address, that is on the shipping label. Drivers should NOT be allowing signatures from a random person, letting them steal packages. Customer service should also not let a business wait more than week for a response, with them calling every single day to see what the hell is going on.
