Worse delivery service ever! Driver claims he tried to deliver my package on two different occasions. I waited by the door all day today, I then received a text, can’t deliver no one home.

Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever encountered my order came in the US since June 14th and they told me to wait up until 30 to 90 days now we are over 90 days and still no answer they took off my tracking number when I called yesterday the customer service told me they would call back in 2 hours they never did I had to call them back and when I finally got the supervisor on the phone he gave me a number that was a dead end nobody helped I have been chasing my package for months trying to get answers absolutely horrible go to fedex or ups or any other delivery service save yourself the time and trouble if I could give no star I would

Krystal M. Is one of the best employees!! She went above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered to me before the expected delivery date. She was extremely helpful, caring, and determined. She displayed excellent customer service to me and my mom.

Worst place to ship your order and unbelievably rude, unethical customer service. Absolutely horrendous, unprofessional, incompetent and lazy service. They need to be held accountable legally for scamming their clients and for stealing their clients’ money and packages. Tip for everyone, get your credit card company that you used to pay for your package involved. Because this actually is fraud, they can investigate DHL or the company that used DHL on your behalf. They still haven’t delivered my package and I have serious doubts that they ever will. I’m guessing they stole my package to sell the items online for money or they broke the item, an expensive lighting fixture. They told me the driver can’t find the doors to my house, what a joke and blatant, disrespectful lie! Despite numerous attempts to contact them to resolve the matter, refused to help and forwarded calls and complaints to China/India to agents with robotic voices and canned responses. No souls or ethics. And do NOT believe a single positive review on here, they are definitely posting it themselves after they steal/destroy the packages. Again, my package still hasn’t show up, how can these people even sleep at night? Disgusting and despicable. I emailed you “Ken”, now respond and solve the issue. Let’s see how long it takes “Ken” to respond to me and deliver my package.

Betsy, wow, what can I say? First, I observed her helping an older couple who were there before me with their shipment. She was incredibly patient, explaining everything with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to locate my package. Her energy and smile were amazing!!

Of course they have no contact number, typical shhh. Order was suppose to be delivered yesterday 7/8 well instead it arrived at this Romulus facility at 8:11am on 7/8 and never went out for delivery, today 7/9 the status reads on hold, when I chat and call to see whats going on they tell me it's on hold waiting for a carrier and scheduled for tomorrow 7/10 lol so it's just sitting at there warehouse, when I ask to just pick it up they tell me that's a 24 hour request but somehow the agent says they can put a request for todays delivery? lol how can I believe they are going to deliver my stuff today when it was suppose to be delivered yesterday and somehow put on hold for tomorrow delivery??? But I cant pick it up either for another 24 hours even though it's literally there? This company way too unprofessional to be handling high value items like this
