Their hardware is good, so if you're a master carpenter -- go for it! However, if you are a homeowner like me, who has to wait for contractors to fit you on their schedule, I'd strongly recommend giving Copper Mountain Hardware a pass. I bought two gorgeous door knobs, to match others I had installed in 2020, but I didn't realize these two doors were different from the others and therefore I didn't realize that the two doorknobs I purchased in Dec 2021 wouldn't fit. By the time the contractors came and tried to install the knobs, more than 30 days had elapsed since the purchase date. OMG, they must turn into pumpkins or something! Because Copper Mountain Hardware won't accept them as returns... It is POLICY, as they (un)helpfully explained to me. For lousy, inflexible customer (non)service, this outfit gets one star from me. Non-professional homeowners, you've been warned.
