I have utilized several pet boarding facilities. By far, Britt’s Bow Wow is the best.They kept me updated on my pet’s progress, and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs when my flight was delayed. I cannot see myself using anyone else now that I have experienced their level of care!

Britts is the only place we will leave our Roxie. She gets so excited when we pull up to the office. She loves her stays there and we love not having to worry if she is being taken care of. Thank you for loving our Roxie and always taking such good care of her.

Hadn't had any issues until they hired Kim. Now every time I leave the baby, I have to have his vaccinations. I'm already feeling some type of way about not taking him.

Took phenomenal care of our cat for 2 weeks and handled international shipping spectacularly. Airline had a strike the day our cat was to arrive. They had an agent meet out cat, ensuring he was taken care of, and they met us next day at our vehicle. I was worried my cat would be sick and scraggly looking and angry. He looked healthy and was happy. The transition for him has been so smooth. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of Goose!! ❤️

I booked 3 months in advance and they lost my reservation, never put it in the system even though I have a call record of the reservation and they basically told me too bad, they have 50 dogs for spring break and are completely booked. The owner never responded to my calls and emails just told the girl at the desk to tell me they're full. Unprofessional, unacceptable, and very disappointing. So much for my 10k vacation that I cant get refunded now because all the kennels are now booked. Dont book too early or they'll lose your reservation, better yet don't book at all. I'm considering my next steps.

My pittie absolutely loves this place. They always check for updated vaccines and they are so nice . They offer playtime, grooming, and baths. The baths are pricey in my opinion ($50) so I've never got one... I'm not sure if it goes by size though (I have a 1 year old pup over 60lbs).Love love this place my pittie has stayed here 4 times so far.

We have boarded our dogs here for over 35 years. They have always taken such good care of our dogs, they always get picked up happy and clean. The staff truly loves dogs and it shows, they send the cutest pictures of them while staying there ❤

We've been using Britt's for years and had been satisfied with the services until our most recent experience. I went to drop off our pup after scheduling an appointment online and receiving a confirmation call. When I arrived, our reservation was not found. Thankfully, we were able to sort it out.My issue is the treatment and disposition of the employee at the front desk. She was rude, abrasive and even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she was doing okay. Apparently, there have been staffing issues and she was upset that one of the other employees had called off. I mostly understood, however, it is unfair to take the anger out on unsuspecting customers. If we had not been headed to the airport at that moment I would have made other accommodations for my pup. I mentioned the issue upon pickup and there wasn't any resolution. Based on her behavior, we will not be returning to Britt's and I cannot in good faith recommend them to friends and family.

Is there a way you can update your information on the website? I dropped my baby off and paid at drop off. When I returned to pick my baby up. I was told I had a balance due because they changed the rates between the time I dropped my dog off and when I returned for pick up. I didn’t receive a phone call of a notice of up charge or anything . There was a reason I pay a head of time and surprise you owe us more money.

Lovely people, pleasant on phone & in person. First experience in 2020 when used as a shipper overseas for a family dog. Now as boarding for a GSD & a Jack. Clean, large kennel with area to outside. Wooded surroundings so he'll be cool. Property nicely kept with gardens and deco. Fees are very reasonable.
