CORPORATE THEFT!!!I PAID for a service...when the machine didn't turn on, I asked for them to do so.They told me they have no control over the machine and said I had to call the manager for a refund.I tried reaching out to the manager the worker gave me the building number which I understand, but tells me there won't be anything done because the sign says"Operate at your own risk".MY QUESTION IS THIS:I'm 30 years old...in all my life "operate at your own risk" has indicated in the past for safety reasons, I am to operate at my own risk incase I'm hurt.The counter person told me it means if my money is taking there sometimes is nothing you can do, that's the risk....Am I being insane about this??!

All customers don’t wear mask at this gas station and they are allowed entry. Covid-19 is realand many lives have been lost because ofCovid during the pandemic. This business has a sign posted about wearing mask but when customers don’t have mask on, they are not asked to leave the premises. The employees are behind a glass shield and are protected but the customers are not.
