“Took my truck here for the first time and the guys were awesome they told me what the problem was and also showed me what was wrong with itI had something else wrong with my truck that some work that (father and son ) don’t do but he still saw it and pointed it out after I left there I took my car to another shop to fix the other issue he said wow whoever did this work hooked you up”
“Having called SkyGate my home for the past five years I can only leave a 5 star review for Stacey, Tiffany, Tim, Cody, Chris, Paul, Mary, and every other employee who has made sure that my stay at SkyGate, owned and managed by Nadeer Group, was as enjoyable as it could be. Rent is extremely affordable. The building, although not new, has been maintained and updated accordingly after Nadeer Group acquired the property. I have never had any type of issue with maintenance. They are pet friendly here and do really care about pets as if they were their own. I would NOT be moving had it not been for extenuating family circumstances. The reviews that are negative for SkyGate have to be from people who have created their own storms and got mad when it rained!
Edit to my review. I received my security deposit refunded in full less than a month after moving. Any review stating that their deposit wasn't returned especially in a timely manner needs to be considered a red flag.”

“I can't believe it is coming up on a year. Definitely enjoy the convenience of the amenities and the shopping centers surrounding the community. The staff has been helpful in making sure my unit is well taken care of, any maintenance request I have had been addressed immediately. Thank you for caring for me and my family!”

“90% of the residents don’t understand what a one way is. Stop leaving out of the enterance and entering through the exit. Also a bit expensive for a one bedroom apartment I’m paying around 1.1k a month”

“Lived here for about 2.5 years and I have to say they set the standard of how apartments should be managed! The best maintenance guys that are friendly and get the job done very quickly. You definitely get what you pay for when decide to lease at park west. Unlike other properties their units look just like they do online very clean and modern”
“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”
“Update.. love the apartment but have not seen anyone clean the hallway at all, I actually swept in front of my door..I would be more than happy to take on the job for rent reduction... makes no sense...

“My family and I have been living in Wyndchase Apartments for over a year and we love the community. The management is always prompt with requests for information and services. The grounds are clean and there is a great big lawn where my Son and I play soccer. There is a nice tributary of the Rouge River that runs through the property which provides a scenic backdrop for pictures. Overall a nice place to live!”
