Paul was very professional, extremely clean, and worked in my apartment as if it were his own home. The results turned out perfect I really appreciate the effort and pride they put into the work
Overall, my experience with this apartment complex has been positive. The management is responsive, the amenities are great, and the community is well-maintained.

“Jae and Jody are amazing!!! I came in for a tour and left feeling like family. Even if I don't move to Redwood Canton, I feel like I have gained two friends. The Canton community feels like home and the apartment homes are very nice and spacious. I like a different floor plan and that would be the only reason I don't move to this neighborhood. I wish Redwood offered similar floor plans at all locations because I really liked the Canton area and love Jae and Jody.”

“Maintenance Issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Didn’t appreciate the fact he seemed to be rushing and carelessly left screws on my carpet that if not seen I could’ve stepped on resulting in a horrible injury. So that knocked a star ⭐️ off.”
“Having called SkyGate my home for the past five years I can only leave a 5 star review for Stacey, Tiffany, Tim, Cody, Chris, Paul, Mary, and every other employee who has made sure that my stay at SkyGate, owned and managed by Nadeer Group, was as enjoyable as it could be. Rent is extremely affordable. The building, although not new, has been maintained and updated accordingly after Nadeer Group acquired the property. I have never had any type of issue with maintenance. They are pet friendly here and do really care about pets as if they were their own. I would NOT be moving had it not been for extenuating family circumstances. The reviews that are negative for SkyGate have to be from people who have created their own storms and got mad when it rained!
Edit to my review. I received my security deposit refunded in full less than a month after moving. Any review stating that their deposit wasn't returned especially in a timely manner needs to be considered a red flag.”

“Annette was amazing to work with she did everything she could to get us approved before we move in. While we lived at Park west for two years, it was an absolute to work with her. The whole staff has been a pleasure to work with from the maintenance guy to the front office. We couldn’t have been more happy with The treatment we got. “Update.. love the apartment but have not seen anyone clean the hallway at all, I actually swept in front of my door..I would be more than happy to take on the job for rent reduction... makes no sense...
taron was awesome, alesia awesome and the property manager was awesome, they worked as a team and got me approved... Jessica starting the ball rolling by pulling my application and I feel blessed and I am thankful..

“I've been a resident of Summit Creek for many years. The community is very quiet and peaceful and the property is well maintained. The leasing office staff is great - Sue is very pleasant and always helpful whenever I talk to her, as is the leasing manager Angie, she's the best - great at her job and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The maintenance staff is professional and they have always responded in a very timely manner to any requests and pay great attention to detail.
It's in a great location, and I love that I can have condo-style living without having to deal with maintaining a home on my own. If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further!”

“My smoke detector was chirping. I tried to change the battery but I couldn’t put the new battery in. This was at around 8pm. I was reluctant to call the after hours service because I knew it wasn’t an emergency. But it would have been chirping all night. I called emergency maintenance and Curtis came with no problem. To find out the unit itself was bad. Thank you Curtis!”
“Singh Management does a great job!! We work with Monae Rinaldi often and she is professional, timely, and on top of things. She is always available, and follows through on her commitments. She often catches potential problems before they become an issue and fixes them before they are even known to us. Being a relocation company ourselves, knowing we can count on her and the staff at any Singh community makes it really smooth and simple to work with them while housing our clients. “Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

“I moved here back in 2021 if I remember correctly. As a Veteran who came out of service in 2021, I was looking for something that was quiet and peaceful. Meadowood Townhomes gave me that. It was also a great experience when they made it easy for me to apply here as well.
They're consistently working on improving their community over time which is always nice to see. The only complaint I have are the condense parking lots.”

They always respond to maintenance requests quickly and emergencies the same day! My AC went out and I had a new one the same day.”
