The website was easy to navigate. I reached out and used the text feature to ask questions. They were both quick to respond and helpful. Will be ordering from here soon.

The gorgeous photos that pop up on your newly renovated website give it a new allure and glamour I had not seen before. It is not only an easy site to navigate, but it also provides customers with the opportunity to remain breathless at seeing your new products. What a wealth of lovely items you have to sell, and what an incredibly novel way to attract potential clients. I couldn't have asked for a better "re-do"!

The colors fit nicely with the theme of the businesses, but getting contact information and searching for products was not that easy. I found what I wanted on an online search not on this website, then I looked up the product on this site.

You should perhaps ask for a review after the customer has searched for and found something. The website’s appearance is lovely.

Had the same plate I bought 10 years ago. Glad to find a perfect match.

Great job updating your website! I needed a forged iron kick plate and your site was easy to navigate and had just what I wanted.

Easy to navigate the site. I also like the new images. It feels clean and modern in comparison to how it used to look. The images for each product needs to be better or show it used will be very helpful.

Easy to navigate website with large picture icons for easy viewing. Previously purchased curtain hold-backs; high quality and heavy brass construction.

I think it's an easy to navigate site. Where I see room for improvement, is letting the customer know that all of your antique brass for instance, knobs and pulls coordinate. Meaning, it's the same manufacturer, so if I choose a Norwich knob, and a different cup pull, the finish in antique brass, for instance, will be the same. Or, show the hardware as a "collection" so that people don't have to worry, as you do have a sizeable restocking fee. Just a thought... Thanks.
