Came in the other afternoon and brought a picture of flowers i wanted for my daughters baptism. The woman helping me told me she wasn’t able to do what i was asking for. Thats fine- i told her i am open to other ideas… just want some small centerpieces in pinks/purples and to look feminine. I told her im looking for suggestions because im not familiar with flowers. She clearly didn’t want to be bothered or didn’t want my business. Had nothing to offer or suggest and told me “sorry.” I was looking forward to coming here since i have heard good things but after experiencing such a disgrace of customer service i will never be back.

Called from out of town to order a planter for a funeral. Described what I wanted and price point. A family member sent me a picture of the delivered planter and it was beautiful! It was so much more than I expected. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone needing an arrangement.

I sent the exact same arrangement to a number of my family members. The flowers from Village Florist in Romeo cost more and was half the size of the other arrangements received by other members of my family. (They sent me pictures of what they received) I'll never use them again. This wasn't the first time this has happened with them!
