My 2019 home built computer was not working reliably at all.
I took it in to Tech City. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and reinstalled Windows in 2 days! It's the best it's ever run!
MY next computer is going to built by them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike and the very competent staff at Tech City sold me a fabulous all in one computer/moniter. I didnt even realize it was both touch screen and keyboard operated. It was easy to pack and travel with when I work away from home for an extended time. The technical service is A-1. I have worked with Tech City for both corporate and home use and they are fabulous!

I had an issue with a very old computer that needed fixing. In the past, I already had a very good experience with Computer Repair, so I went to them a second time. The face light of my computer burned out while they were scanning it for me, not their fault. It wasn't worth fixing, just too old. I bought a refurbished really good computer from them at a reasonable price. I've had the computer for a few months and am delighted with it. I highly recommend Tech City to anyone in need of computer repair or interested in purchase of another computer.

My laptop screwed up while updating its bios. These guys had it repaired the same day. If you have needs in tech just from looking around they can meet them. Friendly, fast, affordable these three things make them worth the ten minutes to check the shop/store out.

They already have 5 stars so they must be doing something right. I will add to that. I had a complete computer failure due to a bad drive and another computer company recommended them. These guys got the old machine back up in running in a day and then meticulously recovered 500 GB of data on the failed SSD. Awesome people behind the scenes. Very knowledgeable. If I could give 6 stars I would. The best part is you are supporting local business.

John came over and set up my new tablet for email, messenger, Facebook, Amazon, and google. Never realized how many passwords were needed. Also got Alexa dot up and running. very satisfied with his help!
