The staff is decent, the equipment is not.
The way they strap down equipment is not legal, they refuse to give you more than one binder, the tractor and rototiller are subpar and definitely not worth the price they charge, things were constantly coming loose, falling off or not working. I won’t be back here

breaks on the dump trailer locked up and it took a whole day to get them to unlock and they still charged me for a full day when i used the trailer once before they locked up i planned on getting 4-5 loads of mulch and only got one because of the brakes

Trailers are falling apart i rented one to pick up a small hilo and when i got home to grab chain and binders i found the floor rotted out they charged me full price even tho It was back in under and hr. The trailer did not have working lights or brakes. Would not recommend

I went there last week to rent a concrete drill as I had rented there before.The fella at the counter (not the owner) asked what I needed and told me how much it would be. I told him that I would take it and he started ringing me up. As he began, a man that he knew came in to rent something and the guy behind the counter stopped my order and completed the order for this other person.I waited patiently, thinking this other customer was in a hurry.When the cashier returned me, he asked my phone number and put it into the computer. My name must have come up because he asked if I was Anarik. I told him that wasn't even close as my name is Adamowicz. He laughed and said "Well, it's close" and then he said the fonts on the computer are hard to read.I took offense. I told him to cancel the order and then rented the drill from Home Depot on 26 Mile.

Horrible equipment if you're thinking about renting a trailer save yourself the troubles. No trailer brakes no emergency trailer brake hook up. Trailers are beat to hell and back and the employees do not care about your safety when I notified them of the DOT laws and why it's not supposed to be on the road both the manager and employee replied "yea we know" then if you know why are you renting it out for availability..... Super unprofessional if you ask me and very unaware of DOT law and or just simply do not care.

Seemed nice and helpful when getting the machine. But definitely weren't fair when it came to how they handled my rental time and cost. Only used for 1.5 hrs but they charger me for 24 hrs because they closed earlier than normal and I couldn't get it back in time. Even though I had it back first thi g the next day they opened. So they didn't lose any business cause they couldn't rent it anyways while not open.

Good guys there. Pricing is a touch high but good equipment overall. I do find it a bit irritating they require dirt machines be actually washed before returning. I've rented skid loaders and mini excavators from several other rental places and they ask that you shovel out tracks and buckets and such but Romeo is the only one that seems to require an actual power washing.
