On Halloween I ran out of gas on M23 heading into Rogers City JUST BEFORE pulling into the gas station. The pumps weren't working in Posen, the kids were screaming and we were running late for festivities. I thought we could make it but we didn't. I called the gas station the lady was very sweet and sent the manager over to give me a gallon of gas to make it to the station to get more gas. My kids were crying and freaking out and it was sad and stressful. My in laws and husband were working 30+ minutes away and who knows how long we could have been sitting there. We got the gas and made it to my son's field trip 🙌
Thank you for going above and beyond. We all out here struggling together.

There is a balding black haired man that works at this place that is so unhelpful and rude.I have been going to this store for cigarettes for 4 years when visiting and every time I have encountered him he is rude.Today he literally raised his voice because I asked him to double check to see if they had my brand of cigarettes.I will Never go back.

I like coming here. Clean, well lit. Never a line for gas. Gas prices are in line with surrounding stations. Only draw back...close by 10.

Despite signs everywhere saying masks required, gas station clerk had her mask around her chin. Subway associate had her mask around her chin. Neither put them on correctly even though I was wearing one. Another person walked in before me without one on, it was ignored.
Masks don't work very well if you don't wear them properly. I wear mine to protect you, how about you show the same courtesy?
Will not be back to this station.

The gas pumps are absolutly terrible. The first one i tried just completly froze up so i had to use a different pump and that was like waiting for a dial up computer to load. I have never been to a gas station as complicated as thid one nor have I ever seen a gas pump that is so slow and can't even load the screen. On top of that frustration the subway inside has old rotten food, so enjoy that.

Says it is open 24/7 but is not, drove 20 minutes and it was closed. Not very happy. Change your times.
