Lose so many packages saying delivered but nothing actually shows up. Everyone who works in the actual building is unvelievably rude and useless and give you an attitude when all you say is hello. Many people I know will go out of their way to a different location as to not deal with this one.

Likes to leave outgoing mail in my mailbox for days at a time just shoving new mail on top of it. I even wrote a sticky note dated for the carrier saying it was outgoing and they just shoved junk mail on it.

Mail carrier had already filled out the paperwork to stick to my door. Without even knocking she just stuck it and left. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Can't talk to a human when you call. Ridiculous

I loved my previous carrier, he was great! My current mail carrier is always in a rush, she’s constantly putting my neighbors confidential mail in my slot. Unfortunately, when you bring it to the attention at the post office, the ladies are unprofessional.

I love the people who work here. A woman named Dawn is going above and beyond to help me find a package of mine and to help correct a mailing issue. The customer service is completely unreal and I'm wholly happy and grateful!

My package that I needed today arrived at the post office this morning, my mail lady came at 2:00 with no package and my post office closed at 1:00. I called and talked to a robot who gave me no help. Again I needed this package today and paid extra for shipping to get it TODAY. Great customer service guys ! :)
