I’m going to miss this Rite aide location in Rockwood Mi.. Everyone is so courteous, the pace is safe and clean . Hours of operation perfect.. what a shame our economy is closing this down.

I bought a drug test earlier this week and had a couple of questions about it. The Pharmacy Technician, Patrick, was very professional and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of them!

Always have fantastic service at the pharmacy here. One of the pharmacists (I regret not catching her name) always goes above and beyond for all of her patients. She’s amazing! The pharmacy techs are all wonderful as well.

“Came in to get allergy medicine for my family and that young pharmacist guy was very nice. They took the time to ask me about my day and make small talk. I wish I remembered his name I think it started with a P or something.Will definitely be considering moving my and my family’s prescriptions to this pharmacy if this is how we get treated.

Patrick and the rest of the pharmacy staff here is amazing, I’ve been to my share of pharmacies and they absolutely outshine everyone from the service to the speed of transactions I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff here, they care about the patients and make you feel welcome. I will never use another pharmacy ever again and I stand by that statement. If you thought about switching pharmacies recently this is your sign!

Fresh and clean appearance. The Employees are very friendly and professional and helpful. A variety of Vaccines are available on a walk in basis in the Pharmacy department. My health insurance covers most of the costs. I would recommend this business to Anyone. I hope this helps.

My prescriptions are correct but their automated call service keep calling me every day multiple times a day about my prescription.I have called them at least five times to request them to take me off the automated call list and either their system is bugging out or they simply aren't doing it. I have called the Rite-Aid customer service number without a resolution.I even blocked Rite-Aid's number but nevertheless the robot messages still leave messages and fill up my inbox up. I've gotten 10 phone calls and 7 voicemails in 13 days! STOP!

I use this rite aid exclusively. I have found the staff to be excellent at what they do and the pharmacy is incredibly knowledgeable about it's patients needs. Great store. I noticed you guys instantly sold out of baseball/basketball cards. Please get more and a wider selection, especially for basketball. Those Panini prizms were awesome.
