“This is my place the staff is helpful and this is where I'm able to get my feed and everything I need. I also want to say my basement flooded and I would have never thought of TSC as the go to place for that. Thankfully I was there picking up a regular order and staff was able to show me that they do have pumps and different equipment you would expect to see at a hardware store so if you are shopping around for certain hardware check them out. And when you're looking for a tool, you do your homework.
I'm not going to say everything they sell is going to be the tool you drop in your cart...you gotta do your homework.
However, I've bought a lot of things from Harbor Freight, drill press, couple hand drills, bench grinders, couple vises and sure I'll be back looking.
Just do your research and buy smart.
Good prices, the store I go to assistance is helpful and friendly.
They have a membership card that you can get to save even more.

They are a little on the pricey side but it's nice to have a local hardware that could carry some little stuff when you need it. Lots of young staff but very friendly always asking if you need help with anything nice clean parking lot nice safe area to shop. Everything is usually pretty organized there's not much stuff out of place like the big box stores.”
“Overall great place to get tools and hardware. Can be a bit pricey but the staff are helpful and they have a good selection. It’s a great place to find small bits and bobs for random things you’re fixing. The parking situation can be a bit tight at times, I wouldn’t suggest bringing a trailer through unless you park in the road. Overall I would suggest shopping here.”

I stated that i know how to use the equipment, he then went over a quick overview of the machine to make sure i understood how that machine operates.He obviously cares about people and wants then to be safe and suceed. “My family has been coming to this Keck for ages, they're simply the best. What made me hop on and review today was that they were just able to get a stuck lawn mower blade off my lawn mower so I could put the new one on (did that for me as well). This was after several attempts by me and several of my neighbors. They do great work replacing screens as well, and they even offer the pet screens. And, they always have everything I need. Shop local! Shop here!”

Very simple and convenient. Didn't need to go inside the store. The lockers were in the entryway. Very happy with the ease of use!”
“I've had multiple visits to this Lowe's store the past 2 weeks, and I have to absolutely give credit to John. I'm not sure which department he specifically works, however, during my first visit, I brought my dog Essie with me. He seen me walking around knowingly that I needed help. He kindly asked if he could assist me. I explained to him (in female terms) what I needed. He directed me and walked across the store to show me where I needed to go and found another associate in that department to help me. During our walk across the store, we had conversations about dogs, etc.
He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond his requirements.
Yesterday, I had to go back and return an item and purchase a different one. This time I was alone. He again, walked over to help assist me. I thanked him again for helping the time prior and stated "you may not remember me", but he immediately did. He said yes, last time you had Essie. (My dog). He remembered my dogs name.
That was the best personalized customer experience that I've ever received before. He was helpful, friendly and a very knowledgeable person to encounter at a home improvement store. Which is very important being a female and not very knowledgeable regarding home improvements. I hope that he is recognized for his outstanding service that he provides, as I truly believe he's a huge asset to Southgate Lowe's.”
“I've found what I needed every time I've visited. I don't do any major building. This store still has the big race car carts, and holiday displays inside. This made our day, since it was too cold to be outside. I don't know anything about tool supplies, but as far as just talking your kid somewhere to be entertained for a bit, I recommend.”

“I came to this Lowe's for a particular item. I saw a mirror on the Eureka Lowe's but all the boxes seemed returned and I didn't want to pay full price for something that it's not brand new. So I asked my husband if he would drive me to the next closest Lowe's to find this mirror and he did. We ended up here and we loved it. Associates are sooooooo nice and polite. Also their selection on bathroom items are more extensive. I didn't like that they carried Allen and Roth but not in a full set of the Harlow gold. It would make sense for all hardware in one room to be same exact color and shade. Otherwise everything went well.”
