Excellent customer service and skilled technicians. My 8 year old Jeep looks better than the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Maria was very thorough and kept me updated on the progress. Bill knocked it out of the park with a beautiful new hood, grill, parts, clear coat AND detailing the interior! He even helped load my bike in the back. I highly recommend Pfeiffer and will go back, but hopefully for maintenance and not collision!

Honest people are hard to find these days. Someone backed into my Jeep and dented the passenger door shut. I went to see Matt Dec at Pfeiffer. While other places told me it would be thousands to fix, Matt pried at the dent for 30 minutes and then set a date for me to come in to get it properly popped into place and only charged me $75. The staff are polite, professional, and treat you like family. I would not go anywhere else!

I could not have been happier. From the minute the tow truck dropped off my car to the time I drove it off the lot, the service, knowledge, courtesy and expertise were top notch. Cannot say enough good things about the experience.

Had my van there to get damage repaired because someone backed in me as I was driving by in a parking lot. They were so helpful and friendly through the whole process. The work they did everything matched and blended perfectly. I would recommend if you need work done on vehicles great place to go. Have had things done in past there also and always same result. Body or mechanical problems always done right.

I unfortunately hit a deer and wasn’t sure who to go to and found this collision center and within the hour they towed my car in and were able to get me a loaner. The whole experience was easy and so lovely! They updated me the whole time and were very open on what needed me to done and contacting insurance! My car was fixed up super fast compared to other places I’ve been. Definitely recommend!
