We had the most seamless experience at Graff CDJR of Rockford. Other dealerships should take sales lessons from Graff. We have never had an easier buying process in our lives. Last week I had my car in for some repair work. While the issues I'm having have no reflection on the dealership, the guys did what they could and I appreciate that, my issue came after. I was not able to get a ride back to the dealership to get my car for at least another day. I asked if they have a courtesy vehicle that would come pick me up. The guy said "yep, I'll be on my way." He showed up 15 minutes later in my car. He adjusted the seat and mirrors to his liking and was a tad too cozy in the driver's seat of my vehicle. So he drove me back to the dealership in my car, no paperwork to be signed - I was all set, hopped out of the driver's seat and sent me on my way. I've had many leased vehicles in my years, had them serviced by different dealerships, and I have NEVER had the "courtesy ride" be my own car. It's a level of tacky that has made the decision easy to go someplace else in the future.

Top notch dealership!
I brought my new to me Grand Cherokee in to figure out some engine noise. The problem was quickly identified and repaired under warranty. Alicia was excellent in communicating throughout the process and Ken did a terrific job fixing my Jeep. I didn't buy this vehicle from Graff, but they will certainly be the first place I go for my next one!

I went to the wrong jeep dealer by mistake but they offered to get me right in and were super friendly and great people to work with. Sarah is great and I've recommended Graff to my fellow coworkers that drive jeeps and live in the Northern part of town. Thank you Sarah and Thank you Graff.

These guys are a true business destined to fail. My two year old Ram Laramie leather seats have extreme premature wear. I brought the truck in and they want 2000.00 for the lower leather and 1000.00 to install. I found them from a dealer in Annarbor for 30 percent less. I called them and they wouldn't match the price or even give a discount. This business will fail. Poor customer service. My other Ram is two year older and the leather is fine. I'm a 50yr old guy, whybis the leather garbage. I read online that because of the heated seats they make the leather thinner now. Anyway, stay away from this dealer, price gouging and poor service.

My husband and I were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in the door. We knew what we came to look at before arriving and it was pulled up and ready for us as soon as we arrived. We spoke to three different individuals including Caleb, Ross & Marcus. All three of these gentlemen were friendly, professional & extremely knowledgeable. They made the vehicle purchasing process such a breeze! We live over an hour away so we got there an hour before they closed, and not once did we feel rushed into anything. We will most definitely be back someday. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Also, for any fellow Jeepers out there, they have a nice two-track on their property to test the vehicle's capability off road and that is very impressive.

My experience was awesome! Chris E. Helped out so much with my wife and what she wanted and then focused on myself. He explained everything in detail and was very professional in any of his responses. My wife and I both drove away with 2 new vehicles and I would highly recommend Chris and the dealership for any future needs. I know I will.

I bought a Ram 2500 from Graff Rockford about a month ago. What a refreshing experience! Austin my sales associate was great ! He knew a lot about trucks and the couple things he didn’t know he found out super quick! He didn’t make stuff up ! From Austin to Ross to the service dept (battery questions) they were great. Even the finance guy ! I wish I could remember his name ?
Family owned and local with a small town feel with a huge inventory and fair prices and great service

Over priced a check up by $400, was $660, the people at the front desk know more about cars then the mechanics do, overall terrible experience, terrible people besides the front desk. Don’t recommend
