Great service and way easier than a standard Verizon store. They were very short staffed (only 1 employee) each time I went but both were very helpful and I'd take the experience there over a regular Verizon store any day.

OH MY WORD…… DREW IS AWESOME!!!!! I smashed my phone and he was able to help me get everything in order and back on line!!!! Ten Mike store is so helpful and has very little Wait time!!!! Very thankful!!!! I’ll recommend Drew to all!!!! He is a tech master!!!!!
