Very easy too find .. Alot of parking associate was very friendly and took my return without any questions . Helped me load the app on my phone that made it so much easier for the next time .. Great job

I dropped off an Amazon return, the customer service was horrendous! They told me their scanner was down but it would update once along it’s return route, Amazon never processed my return, meanwhile I’m out the item, & no one will refund me including this advanced auto parts store because it’s “not their problem”

Three missing packages within one month timeframe. I only ordered three things and all are UPS and they haven’t arrived. Incredibly frustrating as trying to file a claim and going through customer service takes so much time. It’s clearly not an accident, it’s a pattern.
