Clean, quiet and well maintained units. Have rented both the outdoor and climate controlled units and both handled our needs well. Having a secure locked restroom for clients use is a big plus!!!

We used Rockford Self Storage to store all of our goods while we traveled. Prior to that we used them for an RV storage spot. They excel at customer service! The facility where we stored all of our goods was clean and well maintained. Everything was in the great condition after almost a year.

Congratulations to Rockford Self Storage. I think they are the best in the area! Carol and her team present the very best they can be. They do everything possible to help you get the kind of storage you need. For me they were very accommodating when i needed a larger storage space. In a short amount of time they had a spot for me. Rockford Self Storage may not be the cheapest place, but it is by far the best. They keep their place in tip top shape, super clean, well maintained and always willing to help. This facility is well kept, secure and staff goes out of their way to accommodate clients. Our first experience using a storage unit-while our new home was being built was seamless. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place for my indoor storage and all my company trailer and boat. They have me covered from A to Z, and the cameras in place keeps me and my insurance company at ease. Great place and friendly service, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've only been here once to help my brother move some furniture into his storage unit. The location is convenient and the premises were clean. I was a bit surprised that we had to enter a code to exit the lot. Generally, I would expect a weight, or vehicle, sensor to automatically open the gate when exiting. If for no other reason, it's safer in the event of an emergency.

The storage facility and pricing might be nice but the customer service is terrible. The woman helping me by phone was incredibly rude and argumentative which was totally unnecessary. I'm only renting a space here because everything else was full.
