Took our 8 month old to get her ears pierced on the recommendation of a friend, and couldn’t have been happier! The selection of earring options was much larger than I was expecting, and reasonably priced. Elise was so friendly, efficient, and sweet. Absolutely worth the drive from Jenison. Would recommend to anyone!

The people working in here seemed bothered and did not want to help me. I was surprised at the rudeness I experienced. It made me leave and feel unwelcome. It definitely stuck out enough to have me write a review!

Paperdoll Boutique will always be a special place for my family and specifically my oldest kiddo. We had a great experience today getting both of her first ear piercings done as a special reward. The PB staff was extremely friendly and made what could've been a tough event, into a happy and memorable one. Thank you so much and we will be back very soon!

Took my eight year old to get her ears pierced and they were so sweet to her. Friendly and efficient, they made her feel right at home and got it done in ten minutes or so. Lots of cute clothes and jewelry too. Awesome shop!!

The Paperdoll Boutique seems to always have a steady rotation of cute clothes AND they offer good sales. The staff is super helpful, also. Andrea went out of her way to be my personal stylist and put a lot of effort into helping me.

Kind, friendly, and exceptional customer service! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were wonderful. Even after she lost the new earring and we couldn’t get it back in that night, they took great care of her and got the ear Re-pierced. I would recommend this adorable store to anyone in the Grand Rapids/Rockford area!

I came in looking to purchase a purse, some earrings, and possibly some clothes for my cousin. I very clearly was not someone who could wear their clothes (plus size) but I was ready to spend a couple hundred dollars if I found what I was looking for. I was not greeted, I said hello to who I think was the owner and got a offhanded, 'Hi there'. I found some earrings I liked and the girl at the counter when I checked out, seemed uninterested and put out. Two pairs of silver earrings and a small silver ring was a bit over $50. Might be pricy for Michigan but not for California in my opinion. If the staff had acted interested I would have spent more.
