Walked in with my 2 daughters and husband and the guy working came and stood right next to us watching us like we were doing something wrong. Then charged $13 for 2 f fountain pops and an iced coffee.

I live right around the corner and have wanted to put in a job application but I need to know if this crazy, rude lady still works there? There are WAY too many OTHER job openings out there to have to work with somebody like that. Especially with the amount of rudeness gas attendants already have to put up with, then to have to deal with a co-worker who's worse.

Basic customer service training would is recommended for this establishment. Older lady with a smoker's voice working the cash register was unprofessional and rude. Terrible experience all due to this poor excuse for an employee. Sounds like many other people who wrote reviews had similar experiences with this employee. ?

There is a disrespectful unprofessional lady working there she kicked out so many kids for no reason and has a b**** attitude, they kicked out my brother because he dropped a pop tarts and when we did not leave because we just wanted our food she called the cops , she is the most unprofessional person I have ever met never going there again she works there every single day and kicks kids out for absolutely nothing . I'm sick of it and want her fired

Went here to use a valid Marathon discount code, their pumps have the choice to use one but the computer isn't programmed properly and it gives an error message. The cashier inside was unable to help without even trying, and then accused me of yelling at her when I had never raised my voice at all. Worthless, go somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. On Thanksgiving morning the woman working behind the counter was not only rude, but hostile. I had forgotten about the no dog rule and there is no sign posted. I entered carrying my puppy. The woman behind the counter could have said something like "excuse me, but dogs are not allowed in the store" or something to that effect. Instead, she yelled saying "I told you before that you can't bring that dog in here!" I politely asked if I could just make my one purchase and she responded with "Get out!" As I turned and walked out the door she yelled "What an idiot!" If this weren't bad enough, there were other patrons in the building. The woman seemed to have a rather satisfied look on her face while the other patrons looked at me strangely. What an incredibly needless and embarrassing event. I returned a few minutes later, made my purchase, and politely said "Thank you" and wished the woman a Happy Thanksgiving. Her response was no eye contact and just a grunt. For the past couple of years myself and my son have shopped and bought gas bought gas almost exclusively at this station because we believe in supporting local businesses. However, myself nor my son will ever make a purchase there again. By this experience of mine and after reading the other complaints, I am ashamed this woman still works there and, in some small way, represents our lovely little town. The owners of Marathon should be ashamed as well. There are other gas stations just around the corner. If you need fuel or a purchase, I would certainly suggest you visit one of the others.

Went inside to get some water at harvest fest with my shirt pulled up over my face as a face covering. Got to the counter and the gentleman was ringing me up. Suddenly a lady came out from the back office and literally started yelling at me for not having a mask. The gentleman ringing me up said my face was very well covered and didn't see a problem. This person who yelled at me needs to find a different way to address her what I believe is fear. This is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary to yell at a paying customer who is clearly trying to be compliant and respectful of their business rules.
