I have been practicing with Bonnie on average 5 times per week since Dec 2020. She is kind, passionate and genuine in all the does, intuitively guiding me though poses that strength my mind/body/soul. BONUS for cat lovers, her cat almost always practices with her!

Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - Bonnie’s classes have positively impacted my body and life on every level. I had tried yoga classes years ago and was totally intimidated by my inability to do any of the poses. A few months ago I tried chair yoga (Rooted) online. Now I do the 8-minute routine every morning. It immediately clears my mind, calms my heart, gently stretches and relaxes every muscle group, and helps me connect with God. I start the day with an improved mood, flexibility and strength. What sets Bonnie apart is her focus on God. She helps me change my focus from my aches and pains to my Healer. I am better able to love, serve and participate in life.

I love how Bonnie instructs us into a pose and then tells us the name of the pose. And I love all the different levels she offers for us to choose from and the spiritual aspect that she adds to all of her classes. Bonnie is a super, great yoga instructor.

I was nervous to try Yoga 3 years ago whe. I first walked into Bonnie's class. Little did I know that all fears would be gone in an instant and I would only feel inspired, uplifted and encouraged. We get to go at our own pace and push ourselves as much as we want to. From a physical standpoint, I've become stronger, more flexible and I'm able to listen to my body more. As far as spiritually, I can't tell you how much my spirit has been lifted during class. You can feel His presence in the room as we practice. I wish I could attend every dayâ¤ï¸.
