“Justin was excellent, especially when it came to my needs in a mattress. I am fused at the L4/L5, and have a second fusion surgery in just a couple of days. Knowing that everyone is different when it comes to needs in a mattress. He guided me through 5 different mattress styles, different makers and I bought the best mattress for me, I would have been uncomfortable and in pain if I went the way I thought.I tip my hat to him, made me and my wife comfortable with our purchases, yes I said purchases, we both got new mattresses to make a king size adjustable bed that will keep us pain free and cool all night long for years to come.Would I recommend Justin at the Knaaps Corner location in Grand Rapids, Michigan...A very enthusiastic yes, I would and will if anyone asks for an opinion on where to shop for a new sleep setup.Thank you Justin.A customer for life,Brian M.”

“Pros for me are location, staff, selection, and online order services. When you order online it's almost always only a 1-2 hour wait. Other stores I've ordered and had to wait til the next day. They are always so quick to bring it to the car, they're the only place I've been to that actually takes time to funny confirm who's order it is. However, to order online I suggest the app, their website just doesn't work as well. Cons are prices, parking/traffic(not really in their control) and limited selection in their grocery dept.Also, please stop stocking those little house on the prairie dresses.. that trend's gone too far :D”

“Bell's is one of the best places to shop hands down! The selection is amazing, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery team is top notch! Bell's has helped me with living room furniture, dining room furniture and washer dryer set so far and I will be back for more! Living room and dining set were custom order with different fabrics and woods which sounds daunting picking through all the options but the sales team made it easy to understand fabrics and different types of wood qualities. I recommend Bell's to everyone I know! Bell's always has great prices too and the great sales people never pressure or make you feel like you are being sold more than you need it is a great vibe. Stop in I promise you won't regret it even if you are just looking you will feel at ease”
