Great little gym. All of the free weights and machines you need. It also has a class and HITT area. Has full locker rooms with showers, two tanning beds, Staff is polite as well. Only reason not 5 stars is quite a few of the machines are older and showing lots of wear. Pads torn and 90% of treadmills don't go past 8 speed.

Good gym when I was able to use it but be careful on joining they are tough about letting you out of your 2nd-year membership. MVP gave no hassle when I quit to join them but they seem to be wanting Dr notes and such Which makes one feel like they don't trust them. Not a classy place at all
