I really love this grocery store and not because it's five minutes up the road from me. I have never met more friendly and courteous and helpful staff going out of their way out to help you. After just a few times they remember your name. They greet you when you come in. I just love this store.
I will drive past 3 to 4 different family fare grocery stores just to get to this one which is slightly out of my way when I'm coming home from work. Yes, their prices are a bit high. What grocery store hasn't raised their prices, to be honest.

I was deeply disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning
This store is clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly. I was returning from Cedar Springs headed to Belding. I stopped at this store to pick up a handful of items. I purchased several items "on sale" 1 was buy hamburger get 2nd at 50% off. When I was finished shopping I went to the do it yourself lane. I did not look at my receipt until I was home 10 miles away. The items I thought were on sale were available to shoppers w a store card only not every shopper. It added up to 23 dollars I paid instead of getting the "sale price" Lost me as a customer

The workers are nice everything is a little pricy. Don’t eat any of the managers special. The donuts are fine but the deli is awesome.

I have to say as a former associate of Spartan that the cashier who checked me out today Heather V. was one of the most unfriendly cashiers I’ve ever seen. Not a hello, hi, how are you, did you find everything? And especially not a thank you or a smile! She checked out our whole order with a big frown on her face. The bagger put our groceries in bags but refused to set the bags in the cart just set the aside on the bagging area. Where did the customer service go?
