Several times on different occasions was told I'd get a call back on an estimate or to schedule but would never get the call. The work I have had done was good, no complaints with that.

Don and his team truly are great at what they do. Customer service is the best, they are honest and so very helpful. Even if they are a bit of a trek to have them work on our vehicle, it's worth it.

I took my VW Golf Alltrack in to have some aftermarket parts installed. Don and his team did an excellent job on communication and execution. In my opinion, they are far above any VW dealer that I've dealt with. Highly recommend.

I owned a BMW and took it in to have the dashboard lights turned off after the battery gone dead because it was stored in the basement. Not only did they charge me a ridiculous amount just to turn off the dashboard lights they took my car out that night and burned the back tires off of it doing burnouts on the road in front of the shop which cost me an additional $400 to replace them. That was the point I decided I would sell the BMW. And get another car that wasn’t so expensive and where there was other options of shops. Not only was I unhappy with what they did to my car and basically caused me to get rid of a car that I loved. I wouldn’t take any car there for any reason ever again.Service: Auto battery maintenance

A great Porsche repair shop & tuner northeast of Grand Rapids in Rockford, MI. I was recently there for my annual oil service and I’m looking forward to having them do a full brake job soon. These folks are all excellent Porsche techs and very friendly to work with!

Really straight forward and helpful. Communicate well. Nothing is cheap about fixing BMWs but Euro makes it as painless as it can be.
