“The man that was working in the pop can returns was so amazing!! We were there from for six hours filling in machines and trash cans with cans and trash. He was so fast on emptying both the machines and trash so we could continue our fund raiser for an awesome family. Big shout out to this guy!! I never got his name.”

“I just want to say thank you and compliment the buyer for this store! The quality, style, colors and selection for large-scale wall art & leaning floor mirrors was impressive, especially at those price points. I don’t think I’ve ever walked in any store and found five options to seriously consider and narrow down from.
The height and price point on some of the lamps—over 32 inches with shade at or under $150—have me kicking myself for previous purchases. The area rug selections had me wanting more rooms just to be able to use some of them.
I tend to walk through store after store after store to find one piece that would work; or I give up and spend hours to order online. Someone knows what they’re doing at this location! Go here first!!!”

“This review is for the bakery. I ordered a 2-tiered wedding cake (minus all normal decorations...we personalized it later) from this location plus 7 dozen (?) cupcakes for our daughter's wedding reception downtown. The bakery manager (sorry, can't remember her name) was amazing and assured me that my instructions for the cake/cupcakes would be correct. They were and the cake was SO yummy. I was beyond thrilled. Thank you so much for a great transaction!! I'd order from them again in a heartbeat”

They are always so quick to bring it to the car, they're the only place I've been to that actually takes time to funny confirm who's order it is. However, to order online I suggest the app, their website just doesn't work as well. Cons are prices, parking/traffic(not really in their control) and limited selection in their grocery dept.Also, please stop stocking those little house on the prairie dresses.. that trend's gone too far :D”

“This a great located in the heart of lots of shopping and lots of restaurants. The store is very small and that is all I have to complain about. It is very crowded too.”
“My 100% favorite store... The store is clean and organized despite the busyness. I literally have to walk the whole store after I find everything I'm gonna get (notice I didn't say want) to put some stuff back because I keep finding things I want more. The prices are amazing. I think The Goodwill is more expensive for used stuff, but that's a whole other review.”
“Ive never personally had a problem with the employees here. From someone whos been in customer service jobs. You can tell they are mostly overworked and underpaid. So i think they do the best they can for what they have to work with most days. Love the new layout”
“My husband and I went shopping on a Saturday night. Surprisingly, everything that I had on my list and was on sale, was in stock. They are getting better at ordering enough quantities of sale items so that they are still available on the last sale day. Cashier was friendly, kept nice, but limited conversation , which I think is appropriate. She bagged all items carefully with like items, and no bag was too heavy to carry or for the weight of the bag. I like the layout of the store. I like going from produce to general grocery, and ending with the refrigerated and freezer items. There is a good selection of clothes for all ages, gender, and sizes, considering this is one of their smaller stores. There were enough cashiers available for people ready to check out and pay for groceries. Floors were clean, fountain pop area was well stocked with tops and straws, and was clean. Parking lot was free if stray carts. Excellent experience.”
“I felt like the clientele was treating me right! They were willing to help me find what I need without any hesitation and I ended up finding everything with their help! The pickup service was good too I got all the stuff I needed and I didn't need to wait a long time!”
“Almost always has everything I need but I find that they are out of stock on Tootsie rolls (400 piece bag), Goya coconut water, lint\pet hair remover rollers. And the produce is iffy. Most of the tomatoes need to be put in the sun for a couple days before they're edible even if you think they're ripe, they aren't :(. I shop here, sometimes multiple times a week, as well as use their pharmacy. Location is convenient, it's a short walk from where I currently reside. The older greeters at the door are always friendly and welcoming (I do have a couple favorites I look forward to saying Hi and bye too when going into Walmart on Alpine Ave!)”

“What can you say It's Meijer's beats Walmart hands down. Meijers have employees that look at you and listen. Walmart employees stand there with their mouth open a bit with a 100,000 mi stare.
Now I know this is an opinion and maybe a slightly biased one. But Meijer's is a store original to Michigan and we are clearly different here. We are proud people who stand up for ourselves. We're also kind and helpful. The only thing we expect is that you treat us the way you want to be treated.
