Had my broken-down car towed to Car Care Unlimited because it was closest. They looked at it the next day. The car was totaled but they didnt charge me for looking at it and communicated with me in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Our car started spraying fluid from the engine block. We were out of town an pulled into the garage and their staff fixed it in no-time! We were so impressed with the level of service and care we received here. We can't recommend them enough!

We were traveling from NW Iowa to Wabasis Lake when my front wheel bearing went out. They put it up on their hoist and had me back on the road in less than half an hour. These guys are the nicest. I hit a pot hole on the highway, and my car started acting weird. I told these guys I was on my way to my friend's wedding and they took care of me right away. They took care of my car in record time and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more grateful.

These guys were great. I had a last-minute issue with my vehicle that needed to be corrected before leaving for a trip. Couldn't find anyone who could help me out. Contacted Car Care Unlimited and they said they'd do their best to help me. They did! Despite not having an appointment during their very busy time, they were able to squeeze me in. Needless to say I'm VERY PLEASED! They kept in touch with me all the way.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love these guy's so much. Anytime I come in with an issue they fix it and are super fair with labor. Most issues take less then a day to fix and you can get an appointment within a week or so. I haven't had to many big issues with my car yet but all the small stuff that I don't necessarily know how to fix they do it and barely charge me anything. I'm really happy to have a honest place to take my car to get fixed if I have any issues!

Brought my car here to figure out why my shifter was stuck in Park and my heat wasn't working. They told me it may be a weeks wait time but to drop my car off and they would work it in. 1 day later they had already looked at it and diagnosed it! He told me there was a brake light fuse out (shifter) and the heater was plugged and needed a flush. $209 and ready the next day!!! Very impressed

This shop is fantastic. They are very helpful and honest in their assessments of issues with my cars and they present all viable options when it comes to repairs. I have always felt like the prices I paid were fair and they have never suggested extra services or done unneeded work. I had a 2001 Jeep that they helped me keep going for an additional 110k miles and when it came time to let it go, they helped me see what my options were. I ultimately decided not to keep it, but had confidence in my decision because of their feedback. Now we have a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country with minimal repairs needed, but we even schedule our oil changes here because of the level of quality that we feel like we receive. If you're looking for a fair, no-nonsense mechanic in Rockford, look no further than Car Care!
