“I was stuck in a very tough spot with no A/C on a crazy hot day and couldn't get it to charge myself. I stopped here and went inside to plead with the young man (Gavin) behind the counter. I told him I'd even pay him to help me figure it out, and he assured me he would help out free of charge. While there wasn't any fix to be had, he was still kind and helpful and offered me reassurance, and I truly appreciated his help.”
