“Only suggestion is when your tech test drive a vehicle keep the radio off. When I picked my car up the radio was blaring. The tech couldn’t possibly hear any noise from the engine or wheels.”

“Brought my Ram 2500 in for 66rfe Transmission issues. They rebuilt it for me for a reasonable price. A day after picking it up the torque converter failed. They replaced the torque converter and it is good as new again. They are very knowledgeable and honest. “One of the relative few Ford "quick" lane oil change locations. No complaints. Friendly staff Said 1.5 hours, took 45 min. Comfortable wait, coffee, water, popcorn and work stations. Will return. I just can't make an appointment a week+ in advance. 9-5 M-F...for an oil change service. I work. I travel for work. I have a busy life. Thanks for this service,, albeit a 25 minute drive past 2 closer Ford dealerships.”
“My family and myself have been dealing with Chuck's Transmission for over 40 years for all types of automotive service.. Last month I decided to replace my engine in my Yukon XL Denali with a brand new engine. All i can say is that I am glad I picked Chuck's because the warranty you get is only as good as the shop that installed it. I also had other work performed at the same time and we received a bad part from the manufacture. They took care of the issue right away. I highly recommend using this company. “Updating to good because they finally called me back to explain they were hit by two (2) recalls at the same time and they were absolutely swamped, and apologized that the automated service notification did not work as intended (they had set me up with a service appointment but I didn't get a text or email. I did verify there were two (2) recalls back to back and they seemed sincere. Hoping they can get things straightened out out technology wise and staff up.”

“I took my car to 2 different mechanics before Goodison... I had a supposed suspension problem. Belle Tire gave me an estimate of over $2000, so I called up Goodison; I heard they had good reviews. They answered right away and fit me in for a time to come in. The guys were so incredibly nice, honest, and straight to the point. Long story short, over the phone they had nothing but good to say about my car, explaining it was well taken care of; I didn't have a suspension problem like Belle Tire told me, and repairs only cost $200, not only that, they fixed my brakes because they noticed there was a screeching noise to them, no extra cost. I was over the moon. I brought them donuts upon my arrival to pick up my car, I was so grateful for their amazing service! Super fast too- they only had my car for 24 hours and was ready to be picked up. Overall a super smooth repair and process. My go-to auto shop for my car!!!! Thank you Goodison Garage!!!”
