“Very satisfied with the quick and helpful service. I had a dead battery with bolts that I couldn't get loosened, myself. The driver took the time to help get the bolts out and replaced the battery for me. He was also able to determine that the dead battery wasn't the only issue and that the starter had gone out too. I highly recommend Christian's Towing & Recovery.”
“Awesome experience during something that is generally a headache. Lydia is a great office manager and communicates very well, they provide updates throughout the entire process and my repair was completed a bit ahead of schedule! The quality of repair is well done and not noticeable compared to the surrounding area, paint matches perfectly and they even detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. They managed payment efficiently with my insurance provider, all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up shortly after, no hoops to jump through or waiting for reimbursement everything was streamlined and efficient. I hope I don’t need their services again in the near future but if I do I’ll trust my body shop needs to the crew at car star Hamlin!”

Over & above in waiving the deductible, offering a free loaner, stay later or come in on a Saturday for me to get my car & paid some of the rental bill. “These guys are awesome. Brought my 2014 Cadillac in here for a weird electrical issue. While diagnosing they let me know that my diff was on the verge of imminent failure. They worked with me to get a few different quote options including new and used parts. I ultimately bought my own parts and these guys even installed the parts I supplied, which is a rarity now.
They do not provide warranty on customer brought parts which is absolutely understandable and they did a great job with the install. I will be recommending and returning to these guys for any future repairs I may need. Thank you for taking the stress out of my car repair experience, especially one as impactful as a differential.”

“My family and myself have been dealing with Chuck's Transmission for over 40 years for all types of automotive service.. Last month I decided to replace my engine in my Yukon XL Denali with a brand new engine. All i can say is that I am glad I picked Chuck's because the warranty you get is only as good as the shop that installed it. I also had other work performed at the same time and we received a bad part from the manufacture. They took care of the issue right away. I highly recommend using this company.
