Got in touch with pod drop because they have more reasonable prices than Cracked. Took my Ipad 9 in there on a Tuesday (screen completely shattered), and it was ready for me on Thursday morning at 9 am good as new. Very satisfied with the friendly customer service. They even threw a free screen protector on my iphone when I came to grab my device. Would recommend to anyone who has a broken device!

Great guy that is willing to go out of bis way to help! We had a stolen iphone and he was able to sell ua a used replacement. Not only did he sell us the phone but he was willing to spend 30 minutes helping is transfer our data over to the new phone, and also provide guidance how to try to locate our old phone or at least ensure it was "locked" and useless to the thief. This place was awesome and I highly recommend!

Great service! Went in for my charging port, the cleaned it and gave me a new screen protector for free. They also docked off $5 for me! Always a pleasure dealing with my Chaldean community. Highly recommend even if it’s out of your way, it’s that worth it. God bless you guys!

Great experience replacing the screen on my Samsung S20 FE. The price was on par with others, but I liked the personalized customer attention. OK, one hiccup. The first screen replace caused the fingerprint scanner to no longer work. However, they quickly ordered another one, and although I had to bring it back a couple days later when the screen came in, that one worked great! One warning ahead of time is that the phone will no longer be considered water resistant. I didn't find out about that until after the screen was replaced, but honestly, if your display is shattered, it's game over without a new screen anyway. Highly recommended. Also shout out to whoever named this store. Love it!

My only regret is not making this my first stop after my phone broke. I would've lost three years of photos and info if not for Danny. Incredible customer service, honest, and prices you can't find elsewhere. My phone was fixed in two hours with everything recovered. Forever thankful!

I had my iPhone completely bent in a 90 degree angle and they were able to completely repair without loosing any saved info. Highly recommend! Can help with any phone or setup explanations for any age to understand! They also provide free screen protectors to anybody who walks in!
