I love to go here because they take pride in making sure that the frames, fit, and lenses are to their client’s liking and don’t mind fixing issues as needed. The store manager Dave goes above and beyond for me to ensure that the glasses that are available fit my style. Additionally, he listens to my concerns about shape and fit of frames and answers any questions with professionalism and in a way that I am able to understand.
I definitely will continue to go here for all of my glasses.

Dave (store manager) was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! He helped my husband I I find the perfect glasses and utilize all the deals offered. Excellent experience; we will be coming back to SEE for all our eyeglasses needs in the future.

Fabulous experience!!! Best customer service I've ever experienced shopping for new glasses. Melissa has a great eye for design and fashion. She offered great options and gave friendly honest feedback. Eye exam was the most thorough and interactive ever. From the moment I walked in the door this was an exceptional experience.

I tried out SEE because my prior eye care specialist was not so great and then got worse once they were bought up by a chain. Melissa at the Rochester store helped me pick out some frames that actually worked for me and that I actually enjoy wearing!

I had an excellent experience and highly recommend SEE Eyewear. Melissa made my entire visit easier and faster than I ever expected possible. I like the automatic refill option for contact lenses but I also enjoy perusing the incredible selection of frames in store. Great experience.
