The Royal was amazing. We were treated with great kindness and respect. We enjoyed the bikes that we got to use around the cute town. Rooms were beautiful. We were in town for a funeral so it was a very sad time for us. Going back to our room was very comforting and again the staff was exceptional.

Awesome hotel location very clean and an awesome server named Ellie at restaurant !!however upon checking in the nicest older female receptionist spent so much time(in a good way)helping the guest in front of us check in telling them so much about the hotel giving them tokens for drinks etc very very personable and awesome! We got a male and he was less then excited to check us in didn’t make eye contact and didn’t explain anything about our room upgrade so we were disappointed to learn the balcony isn’t private at all legit right next to another so it was pointless to upgrade as we didn’t feel like we could sit there and have a conversation or be in our pajamas lol had he told us this we would of just stuck with the original room. Also got no room tokens. The women told the guests in front of us about their room upgrade in allot of details. Night and day between the twos personalities and demeanor. Maybe he was having a bad day for sure .
Also very very loud due to wedding so ask about that before booking.

Our daughter got married here in the conservatory room. It was beautiful! Food, bar and service were exceptional. Would highly recommend. They know what they are doing when it comes to hosting weddings!
Food and drinks: We had 60 guests at our daughter’s wedding. We had salmon, beef and chicken plated dinners and everyone’s food came out hot. Nothing was over or under cooked. Food was so flavorful! Appetizers were plentiful and so good! Bar service had a great selection.

As a meeting planner, it is often my corporate employees and executive guests request the Royal Park Hotel for their stay when in Auburn Hills. The hotel is beautiful, the service is impeccable and the staff is professional, detail-oriented and easy to work with. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure each group's unique needs are met. I have hosted events here in the past as well and I would highly recommend this property. Many cool offsite locations within walking distance surrounded by community and culture.

Other than High Food and Beverage min plus 25% auto added gratuity plus taxes. It is highly recommended venue . Due to change in guest total because of popular wedding date conflicts and destination wedding for majority of guests who did not or could not attend, there was no flexibility and ended up with a lot of extra food going to waste even after we upgraded everything and had to add late night food on top, which was way too much food. Barely touched. Needed some flexibility in that area.
Rooms: We had a luxury Kimg as parents and the Highland suite for the bride/ attendants Friday pm, Saturday during the day plus (wedding pm was comped for Bride and Groom.)
Nearby activities: Lots of bars restaurants and walking trails.
Safety: Excellent response to situation for a guest on our floor that was a bit lost after too much to drink. Key needed to get to rooms via elevator.
Walkability: Walking trails were huge for our guests as well as walkability to town.
Food and drinks: Excellent food.

I wish I could give more than five stars. The location is wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff however makes this place. They ensured my every need was met. Very few hotels can meet the level of service that I experienced here. This is an amazing place for events or just to relax. I will be back.

It was my first time visiting and staying in Rochester, and I really enjoyed my visit. The Royal Park Hotel is in a great location with many good restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. The executive suites are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.
The staff at Royal Park truly go above and beyond to make guests feel special; every interaction was handled with a personal touch. The concierge provided excellent restaurant recommendations, which added to the overall experience.
The onsite restaurant, Park 600, offers great food and outstanding service. I was especially impressed by Elle, who took care of my breakfast needs for the last three days. She was attentive, kind, and always quick on her feet. Thanks, Elle!
Overall, I found my go-to hotel for my future visits to Rochester. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and the location is excellent, just two blocks from Downtown Rochester.
The service at the hotel restaurant is a very nice experience.
