This place is not at all close to where I live, nor is it convenient to get there. But I was scolded for even considering going somewhere near me because of how highly this place, and Matt specifically, were recommended. This team is efficient, friendly, super honest. I stayed while my car was getting new tires and heard several customers telling staff how much they were able to save by going here, and how much better the customer service was. And they seem to personally know most folks who walk in the door. Great place. Will definitely be back

AWESOME customer sercice!!! I always get my oil changed at Rochester Hills Tire & Service and wait for my car. Today, I couldn't wait and said I would pick up my car later in the afternoon. Later when I arrived I noticed Matt and some other people in the parking lot. I didn't think much of it, but when I tried to open the front door, it was locked. They had just closed for the day! I was super bummed!! Matt saw I was at the door, came back and opened up, he gave me my keys and I gave him my cc number to run the next day. I am so thankful to have my car back and for the incredible home town service I got!! This is right way to keep customers coming back.

Really nice guys.
Just figured out they over charged me $1000 dollars for a part. Do not do business here unless it’s a must. Really nice guys that make everything seem normal, they robbed me.

Hands down this is my top place to go to when I'm having tire issues. They gotten me in quickly to patch my tires due to nails multiple times. I recently got a flat and needed a tire replacement and they got it done in 24 hours. Reasonable prices and their service is above and beyond. Guys behind the counter are honest and care about getting you back on the road.

By far the most honest and transparent mechanic I’ve been to. They were extremely friendly, communicative, and completed the service (road force balancing) in a timely manner. Where other mechanics would upsell and push additional services they made sure I only paid for what I needed, and they completely fixed my issue. 5/5 would recommend to a friend

I had a transmission fluid leak that was leaking in two different places. I appreciate the diligence and thoroughness of this team in making sure they corrected the problem. Rochester Hills tire is always fair and you can trust them.
