No human being ever exists here as they lazily hide behind and depend on voicemail expecting you to schedule appointments in an absolute unwelcoming, dehumanizing environment. I even tried to walk in a simple attempt to speak with any professional employee which doesn’t exist. No one is behind any front desk as it wall papered with handwritten or unprofessional print outs directing you to a kiosk.
When it comes time to have my blood drawn for a test, do I have to place my arm in a wall while some machine or gizmo does what it needs to do? Sorry, I will never trust or comply with their unprofessional means of doing business with the public. Pathetically ignorant and a true reflection of where the so called health care industry is headed into third world practices. No thank you, I’ll pass.

Easy scheduling, quick to be seen. Phlebotomist Chris was awesome, very professional, efficient, and exceptional!!

Never had a bad experience here! Wait times are minimal when you schedule an appt online. Chris is fantastic & always does a great job! I’m super anxious when it comes to blood draws & they always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have used Quest Diagnostics for as long as I remember. They provide the easiest online scheduler, kiosk check-in, and the best reports that I can access anytime using my phone or computer. In addition the staff here has been wonderful. They are professional and they are so good I barely feel the needle.

Usually visit every 3-6 months, appointments are always fast and the staff is very friendly

I personally always have a good experience here. If I make an appointment and they are busy I'm not waiting more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Blood drawing is always quick and easy.

Super friendly and nice I highly recommend this quest. Took a little bit to get called back with my appointment I was the only one there. Phlebotomist was amazing.

im absolutely terrified of needles and ive passed out in the past due to my hypoglycemia. the lady this morning was so kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole blood draw process. i was also in and out within 10 minutes. thank you!!

Walked in for blood work. Super fast and easy check in. 20 min start to finish. Chris was very helpful and friendly. About as good as you could possibly get.
