Gloria did a great job. I was worried since it was my first time at a salon but they she did a great job.

I don't think there's a bad thing to say about OSS. Susan is exceptional. The whole salon is bursting with talent. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair! Awesome location, excellent service. Looking forward to my upcoming appt!
