Came here to get my new pants shortened for my new job. They took the time to make sure it was done properly. Staff is nice but store needs to be cleaned. It is right near several restaurants, grocery store etc. It may take a few days for get you pants shortened or other needs. Pretty reasonable priced. Would recommend this cleaners.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my mother's silk wedding dress from 1960. I have never been disappointed in anything that I have brought there to be cleaned. They are helpful and friendly.

On 3 different occasions Northill has damaged laundered dress shirts. The damage was caused bycleaning solvents and tears caused by there equipment. The shirts are expensive however they refuse to do anything about it. Our family has been patronizing them for 7 years but no more. They have no integrity . We are done.

DO NOT USE or trust quotes! I called prior to arriving and confirmed cost before I dropped off my items and was told it would be under $20 for my 2 items. When I came to pick up they charged me $28. I asked to speak to owner who didn’t seem to care. She walked away in the middle of the conversation about my wrong quote. Never using again.

I’ve been dropping off my shirts at North Hill for what feels like decades. They have never lost anything and they always do what I ask for, especially if I have some food spots I need taken care of. They will even rush a job if I tell them I need it quicker than normal, which I rarely do. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints at all about this place.

Used this cleaners for several years. Never lost anything (can’t say that about my last cleaners). They do a good job and have even rushed pants when I needed them back quickly.

I have previously taken pants to be hemmed to this business and was happy with the outcome. So I decided to bring a vintage dress for a wedding I have coming up. This dress had an option for a bushel and no loop so I brought it here to get a loop attached and the zipper fixed. When I got the dress back a black elastic had been attached to my pink dress! and the slip now shows when you attach the train of the dress to this black elastic when she had mentioned the zipper Linda, had explained how the zipper was going to be a pink a shade or two off and everything would match it did not I also can't fit into the dress now as she sewed over half of the zipper! when I brought it to the business she proceeded to tell me she could fix it while keeping it out of my hand to keep me from showing her the mistakes then another worker comes over and proceeded to tell me "try it on we don't believe you" after just admitting the tailor had made a mistake do not waste your money here now I have to figure out what to do with my irreplaceable dress

Clothes not cleaned well and also asked for a tear in a coat to be sewed and no sewing was completed though i was charged for the sewing. I was blessed to find Trella Cleaners in Lake Orion, MI - the owner is awesome and workmanship exceeds and excels any other cleaners I've been to. Ladies, if you're looking to clean your St. John Knits or Max Mara, Trella Cleaners is the place! XL Blankets and Comforters are laundered exquisitely too. BethAnn

I'm always greeted by name. The darling lady that works at the front usually is just awesome. She makes this place and is the reason why I always come back. I hope they value her because she is just terrific! I do a good job dry cleaning too.
