“This is the most conveniently located PNC branch for where I do most of the errands. Normally I use the drive-up ATM or drive-up window. Always have experienced friendly, efficient, accurate service. This is not our main branch but is a great alternative for us to get much of our banking done.”

I was outside & it’s cold and rainy. I locked my keys in my car after my appointment at Epic Smiles, which I live over an hour away from Troy.
Curtis took it upon himself to help me with my keys being stuck in my car. He did everything he could, and even paid for roadside assistance for me.
I’ll be making a trip over soon enough to repay him for being an angel, I truly didn’t have any help or my wallet.
I had a Guardian angel help me today.

“Don't often give these ratings on banks because I go to so many but... This bank is not only historical but very detailed inside if you look around (mainly up). They were very nice and helpful. Michelle Wilson was very informative and gave many options for my small business to thrive.Pros.1. Not packed - You can get in and out pretty quick most of the time.2. Multiple specialists - seems to always be more than one person in the office cubicles.3. Has weather covered indoor ATM 24 hours4. Front street and rear parking lot access for walkers or drivers. (Being downtown is important not to have to walk all the way around the building to enter it)Cons.1. Parking lot is very small2. Does not have drive-thru service”

“Questions on investments, managing money, planning for retirement? Come to this location! Zoya was amazing to get us started with Charles Schwab. She walked us through the amounts of money we had in different accounts, what different investment funds we should consider, briefly discussed our future goals, and set us up with a financial advisor to further our investment strategy and plan. The Charles Schwab environment made us feel comfortable with the investment direction we are going in.”
“Issues are resolved ... but I had a few issues at this PNC bank branch. My debit card number was stolen and was being used fraudulently, and it took a few visits to the bank and phone calls to their 800 number to stop the card from being used and to restore my funds. Then I had received poor customer service inside the branch on my last visit to close my account. PNC customer service did call me to me to make things right, and I appreciate that effort. They resolved my issues in the phone call and apologized for my poor experience a their branch. (I have not been able to confirm whether it is possible to freeze a debit card from PNC's app if the card is lost or stolen yet, but their customer service agent assured me it is there now.) I'm giving them 4-stars for their efforts to make things right, and for taking my poor experience seriously. My issues resulting from the original fraudulent charges are resolved now, and it seems that they value good customer service.”
“Today 2/1/23 I contacted the PNC branch in Sterling Heights at Mound Road and M-59 about a fraudulent charge on my January 2023 banking statement for $40.97.They confirmed my identity, took down the details and forwarded me to the Fraud department and advised that my PNC credit card would be shutdown, they would research the fraudulent charge and a new credit card would be issued soon.I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and their employees. As always T’anna and her team did a great job!! I can’t imagine banking anywhere else!”
