Rude sales people and prices are ridiculous!!!! Then if you do find furniture you like it takes 12 weeks to get.

BUYERS BEWARE!! They buy furniture from other company's and take the tags and stickers off. They put their name and stickers on and jack the price up. It's sad and they are crooks and very dishonest people. I was employee there and they fired me when I questioned them about lying to there customers.

This review is long overdue and I apologize to Hepplewhite's. I must share my great fortune in discovering this long-established store! Initially, I had Becky come out and "tweak" my living and dining rooms, utilizing my existing furniture and providing some key new pieces. She provided multiple options for new drapes which pulled each room together and created the look I wanted. More recently, Becky designed our new master suite and main bath renovation. She assisted me during the construction phase with color and material choices-- a huge help-- as well as advising on aesthetic considerations during the planning stage. Afterward, she reviewed the 100+ screenshots and photos I had gathered to convey what I was hoping to create in our bedroom and two bathrooms. Becky managed to distill those images into what is now our beautiful retreat, with soft colors, welcoming furnishings and bespoke details. Can't say enough good things about Hepplewhite's, Amy, and Becky!

What a bargain My experience with HEPPLEWHITE'S was delightful from start to finish. Becky was at my house 3 times, no extra charges. The initial deposit was small and was applied to my purchases. Her staff was helpful and professional. She "held my hand" through the whole process. The prices are very fair and the design service was priceless! Thank you, Hepplewhite's.

Location ok. This store is a scam. They just kept asking for deposits and I never got anything for the money spent. They are very limited in their fabric selection. I had to find my own fabrics. They are extremely unprofessional.
