“I would give more stars if I could! I’m on the east coast and wanted to send flowers to an uncle’s funeral in Birmingham that I couldn’t attend. I spoke first with Andrea, who made very helpful suggestions about the arrangement and what might be most appreciated in the circumstances I described. On the morning of, the funeral home apparently lost power and there was a question of moving or postponing the service. The florist knew before I did and called to assure me they were on it! (Thank you Bob). Ultimately they delivered—everything perfect—and family members told me the arrangement was beautiful. I’m grateful to Tiffany florist for helping me make this gesture from afar—totally seamless, with assistance from people who seem like they actually care. We had 80-degree weather, which was perfect for an October 1st wedding. Our flower arch for our wedding ceremony and sweetheart table was PERFECTION!! Everyone LOVED how BEAUTIFUL everything looked at our wedding venue.Monica did a FANTASTIC job of making our dreams come to reality. “Stopped by recently and got 4 bouquets of 8 roses for a graduate celebration and to be honest it was my first time in so i was worried a bit but let me say this, this place does not disappoint!! That whole team in their is amazing and they are so welcoming and helpful. One young women with green eyes took the time to help me mix and match what i wanted and she wrapped them up for me so beautifully and finished it all off with some bows. “We had a great experience with Jacobsen's flowers! We hired them for our wedding, and loved how our flowers came out. Unfortunately, we weren't able to pick up our flowers since the location was closed on Sundays, but they made everything work out for us, without hassle! My only gripe would be the communication was a little delayed at times, but all in all, it came out great. Here are some photos of our flowers!! Thank you to Sheri who helped us through the entire process of booking.”

“I ordered a last minute FTD design bouquet to be delivered to the recipient the same day. I chose ‘no substitutions’ because the colors I chose had meaning. Merna, a designer from the store called me to discuss options for substitutions due their current inventory. She was very, pleasant, patient, and willing to work with me. The result was a gorgeous bouquet and delivery within 4 hours. Great work and customer service! Thank you.”
“This Kroger isn't close to me but I tried it because I'm disappointed with closer ones. It's pretty good as Krogers go.- It has a well-arranged produce section with many tables. The produce looked uniformly good.- It has the usual bakery, deli, and fresh meals counters as well as a Murray's cheese shop (not found in every Kroger). It even had cheese samples out, which is very unusual.- There were more items in stock than at my local Krogers (yes!).- The often-irritating Kroger background music is blissfully toned down.I heard another shopper say that not all Krogers are this nice, which is true. While it can't escape the middlebrow nature driven by corporate (would that Wegmans would venture here...), it does well given that.”
