This location is wonderful and the staff is super helpful-especially Renee! Renee stayed a few minutes late to help me with a self print that was urgent, and was super friendly in doing so! Appreciated all the help.

It was a pleasure working with Jim and Hector. I appreciated their patience working with us on typesetting and brainstorming banner ideas for our non-profit group. We are in FedEx regularly. Both Jim and Hector always have a great positive attitude regardless of how busy it is.

The customer service is terrible. We arrived in the store at 6:30 pm to print some fedex labels. We created the label right before 7pm which is the closing time. But the short brunette lady told us that we had to leave though it was not 7pm yet. After i explained we already created the label online and just need to have it printed. She still refused it. And when we were kicked out from the store, it was 7pm sharp. She was cold and in-personable and she should not work in a customer service area.

My shipment delayed by 2 days because there was no packing box at the center. The person did not inform me that they don’t have inventory and the shipment could be delayed due to that.
I would have brought my own box instead of paying $15 for it and having it delayed.
Moreover the fedex tracking status was not updated correctly. It simply said tracking will be updated soon.
After following up with customer care multiple times and finally going back to fedex location I found the actual reason.

Just got some of the best service ever from Renee, had business issue where we needed signs to be printed up on the fly and Renee came through in the clutch Iike a champ.

Don’t try to print or get anything made here. You can assume from the empty self-service stations that it is less than fab and you would be right. Printing things is $1.00 per page and their paper selection is miserable. If you want something bound, it takes over a day and isn’t worth it. Go online and save yourself a headache.
