I do not think there is enough space to write all the wonderful things about Brian. He helped me and my wife purchase the location to open our own business in downtown Rochester. He also assisted my mother-in-law in purchasing her home. His wisdom and guidance show from his many years of experience working in our community. He is one of the smartest, most ethical people I have ever known.

We began our home buying process out of state and he was extremely gracious with his schedule to help us see homes when we were in town. When we decided to relocate our family to Michigan from New Jersey, we asked friends in Michigan for realtor recommendations. We were introduced to Nick Bastianelli and had a quick phone call with him to discuss what we were looking for, areas we thought we might like to live in and budgets. Nick immediately started sending us listings to review and we would communicate regularly about our thoughts to try to narrow down our list. He was so responsive during all hours of the day and night... even weekends!A few weeks later, we made a trip to Michigan to meet Nick in person and start the search process. Nick was very informative about the areas, budgets for each area, and even answered some of our questions about cosmetic changes and costs. He was very direct yet understanding - especially with our two kids who tagged along for a majority of the showings!When we made our decision about which home we wanted to put an offer in on, Nick handled everything from start to finish. He made such an effort to get us everything we wanted and protected our interests every step of the way. He helped facilitate the entire process so that we could close virtually and even completed our final walkthrough for us via FaceTime and video.The cherry on top when you work with Nick is that you feel like you’re working with a friend. We arrived to our new home at 4am with two tired kids and our dog and we were shocked to find groceries and essentials waiting for us on the counter and in the refrigerator along with a gift card to the local grocery store. I can’t even explain how helpful that was after driving all night for 11+ hours.If you are looking to buy or sell a home, look no further... Nick was a pleasure to work with and you will not be disappointed!
