I usually don’t leave reviews - but, my experience at Crestview Cadillac was unlike any other experience I’ve had with buying a car. My salesman, Vince, was an absolute pleasure to work with & made my car buying process a breeze & answered any questions I had. He was thorough, honest & treated me like family. I am beyond satisfied with my experience & will be back in the future. If you’re in need of a car, do not hesitate when making the decision on Crestview Cadillac! 5 STARS from me!

The WORST service experience in my life.
I booked an appointment out 4 weeks to get a loaner. Arrived day of appointment on time 730am no loaner. They said they can drop me at work and pick me up later.
Later they say car is still not done ill have to get my own ride home but they can drop off the car tomorrow.
Tomorrow comes. No one calls me by 3pm. I call them and they don't remeber who I am. What my car is there for. Talked to Ron Farmer and said he needed to talk to Chris about a loaner. FOR WHAT? The car is supposed to be done today and you were the one helping me.
An hour later they call back to say they are on the way now and will arrive in 20 min. Had to delay picking up our child from daycare as no one checked if we'd even be home!
Then when we get in the car all the lights are still on AND THERE IS A NEW ONE ON TOO!
You can't tell me the teen dropping off the car didn't notice or bother to figure this out. I'll never. Ever. Come back here again. Not to buy a car. Not to service a car. If this is the last cadillac dealership in the area...I'll switch to Chrysler or Ford

Purchased a 2021 CT5 on June 15, 2024. The used car manager said he would pay to have a curb mark repaired on one of the wheels. As I was signing the paperwork with finance, I asked about the repair. He came back with a request that I purchase a $695 wheel and tire warranty. When I said no, this should be covered by the dealership he responded with "you know you bought a used car, right?" I said i am fully aware that it is a used car but i am also aware that the manager said it would get repaired.
After not hearing back from the Used Car Manager for 4 weeks regarding the repair, I called the dealership again. I got the run around between my salesperson and the new Used Car Manager, so I talked with the Guest Relations Manager. She also took the issue to the Used Car Manager with no results. After an additional two weeks with no response to my phone calls and email to all 3 parties involved, I finally was able to talk to the General Manager who discussed this issue with Used Car Manager, AGAIN. Together they called me back with a date for the repair but then once the Used Car Manager was alone he called me back and told me to call Alloy Wheel direct to schedule. I had to drive an additional 20 miles round trip (in addition to the 140 miles to the dealership) but it's finally fixed, and Alloy did a fantastic job.
Highly DO NOT recommend Crestview due to poor customer service, but highly DO recommend Alloy Wheel Repair.

I had my vehicle serviced at Crestview earlier this year. A wooden block was found under my hood when I went to get an oil change last week. Apparently it was left there by one of the service techs. They couldn't stress how lucky I was due to their negligence. How disappointing!

2 hours before our appointment to sign a lease, the sales person called us to say that monthly payment we agreed upon increased by $56 per month. This is a bait & switch. We will be reporting it to the Michigan Attorney General & FTC. Needless to say, we did not go through with the deal & would not recommend working with this dealer.

Very unhappy with the service overall. When in for an oil change arrived at my scheduled appointment time. Two hours later and several minutes later the car was done. I was told that they had many additional appointments that day. Just today I spoke to the service desk and asked them how to lift up the rear seat so I could retrieve a small battery that fell under it when I lifted the cargo cover. I was told to bring it in and they would show me how to do the task. When I showed up at the dealership they told me that they would have to charge me a service fee because the seat would have to be removed. This is one of several Cadillac's that we have had through this dealership. I might start looking elsewhere. Anyone can sell a vehicle but service is very important.

I usually never leave reviews, but I am truly disappointed with the way my family and I were treated at this dealership. I was in a really bad car accident last July which totaled my vehicle and I really wanted another Cadillac as my Cadillac quite literally saved my life. I ended up going to this dealership, that I had never been to before, and having the worst experience. I purchased the car and I told them the day I bought it, there was a massive scratch in the hood. They assured me it would be fixed when I came to pick it up. Fast forward to the day I was to get my car, sure enough, nothing was fixed. There was then quite a bit of arguing between the sales person, the dealership owner and my family member which was unprofessional and awkward for me as I was the person getting the car. The person who sold me my car could have cared less about the massive scratch that could clearly be seen. This was a very large scratch. They had my car all day, and my family member even politely called them that morning to ensure they would be taking care of it. The sales person stated she was going to have it fixed before we got there. It was not fixed. I wish I would have never purchased my car. Fast forward to one year later, I have had nothing but problems with the car, including the electronic dashboard which goes all black randomly for long periods of time. My family member reported to the dealership the problems I was having since it was still under warranty and they personally reached out to us to ask how we were enjoying my car since purchase. After learning of the problems I was having, they stated several times they would send someone to my work to take my car back to the dealership so it could be looked at. No one ever came to my work and we contacted them several times after they promised to come get my vehicle and take it to the dealership. I feel as if this dealership makes promises they do not keep. My car will now be going to Cadillac of Novi where I hope to have a better experience.

Won’t let you test drive a car you are legitimately interested in purchasing. Don’t bother with this place as they are extremely condescending. I’ve purchased a car for my mom here before, but I will not be purchasing anything again since clearly this place does not care about their customers anymore.

Would not recommend buying or having your Cadillac serviced at this dealership. One employee tells you something only to have another employee contradict them later. Was told in writing my new Lyriq had the HUD option but needed a software update, only to be told later (after purchase) by service it didn’t. Nothing but an apology, and only after not having my calls returned and leaving a negative review. After buying several Cadillac’s from other dealers, I expect a high level of service from this brand, but Crestview absolutely does not represent the brand well at all. I’ll be taking future business elsewhere.

Wanted to purchase a fully loaded Lyriq for my wife and trade in my hardly touched 2019 Camaro SS with 4500 miles on it (first owner driven a week or two per year just for the sake, cause I drive a company car). Not only they tried to make us think that the car was worth almost half of what it was, but also told us that it had non OEM parts and repair work done on it. And the overall experience never felt like I was doing an $80k business with them. And we were informed that the vehicle we were interested in had 1000 miles put in by their manager, “on the day” we went to make the purchase. It was such a shock and that was communicated to us as a small passing statement. Ended up finding an amazing trade in value (almost double) and the trim/color we were looking for at Suburban Troy. Amazing hospitality and happy with my purchase now. I’m happy we decided to think and shop around for one more day.
This review is just for other potential customer’s awareness and possibly another data point for the team to seriously reconsider their customer touch points.

I had a great experience purchasing my used Cadillac at Crestview! I received a call right away after submitting my interest online. Rick scheduled to show the me the car at my convenience and was very thorough with reviewing the car's condition and features. Rick took care of a small dent, had the service team confirm the car is in great condition and even replaced the key fob batteries a week later at no charge. Excellent customer service! Thank you to the Crestview team members that helped me during the purchasing process - Rick, Dawn and Brandon. It was nice meeting you all and I look forward to working with you again on my next vehicle!
