I don't get very many clothes dry cleaned very often, but needed to get some suit pants and a couple of shirts refreshed for a funeral. I was kindly greeted by one of the owners for the drop off and told her I needed the pants the next day or two.
I was called back by the owner informing me the pants I had brought in had some damage that I had not noticed myself when dropping them off, but that they would still do their best with them.
Everything was ready even sooner than expected and the pick up went very smoothly and the other shirts looked great.
I'm sure that any dry cleaning place can do a decent job. The difference here is that now only did they do a great job, but were quick, offered excellent communication and great pricing. They have earned themselves a new customer and I would highly recommend them.

Started using Colony Cleaners in Rochester when their other store in Lake Orion closed in December of 2023. The staff at Lake Orion was always friendly and helpful as is the staff at Colony Cleaners in Rochester.
My clothing is done the day they say and comes back clean and on time.

Gave them a suit about a week ago, they said it'd be available for pickup on a certain day. That day comes and there's a sign on the door that they're closed for a week. No phone call, no warning, just locked the door with my suit inside. Had to buy another suit for the event.

I have gone to Colony Cleaners for MANY years. I take my dry cleaning to them and my alterations. Last year Nov/Dec time frame I took my daughters work pants to get the hem fixed. I didn't pay any attention when I picked them up. I have always had great work done. Well, she came home from school to work and the pant lengths were a 2 inch difference. I took them back to them in January. I had to argue with the woman that I had them done there until she looked up our account and saw they were done there. So she finally said ok, but then was going to charge me again. I said no way! You will fix what you guys did wrong. She finally wrote in my receipt zero. She said it would be at least a week to fix I said no worries. I picked them up 3 weeks later with them not fixed. The same woman proceeded to tell me I had not had them done there. After arguing with her she called the owner. Long story short with the owner he said he was not going to fix them. My question was why hadn't someone called me when they decided they were not going to hem them. Yes, they have my phone number. They were just sorry! Really!? Needless to say. I will not be back. And I normally do not do this but I sincerely hope others consider not going there. i was accused of hemming them myself and having them done elsewhere. I do not know how many years I have been going to this cleaner but it has been a long time. I live in the area and have for over 25 years. I WILL NOT be back. Terrible customer service!

Wanted to give this local business a shot. Nice owners and staff but cleaning quality isn’t there. I’ve gone back 3 times to get the same white dress shirt cleaned and each time there is a new “coffee stain” on it. Went to get it cleaned, and it got more stained.

Staff so friendly and garments turn out wonderfully. Love location. Recently worked with manager to correct an issue and was satisfied. Gave 4 Vs 5 stars as it is a bit pricey.
