“I have lived in Rochester for over 30 years; therefore, I have a lot of experience with merchants in the area. I have to say that the Assistant General Manager, Sarah, was absolutely amazing. They are really there to assist in this store, in a way I have not really witnessed in the Rochester area all of these years. I was astounded by the extent to which they went out of their way, as I did find it to be refreshingly unusual. I would not hesitate to shop here, they honestly want to exemplify customer service the "old-fashioned way." To show the customer is important to them, and words are nice ... but actions are everything, and this is where what they do says everything the customer needs to know.”
“Absolutely love this store! Such a great selection for babies and bigger kids. I have 4 nieces and 2 nephews and ALWAYS find something in here for one or more of them.During quarantine, the owner of the store went above and beyond and locally delivered baby gifts that I needed for remote showers. Customer service is above and beyond - pre and post 2020!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Perfect Trading Co's embroidery service. We brought in eight Tommy Bahama silk button-up shirts for a bachelor party, and Brian exceeded our expectations. Not only was he incredibly fast, completing our order in just one day, but the quality of the embroidery was outstanding. The pricing was reasonable and fair for what was provided. The shirts turned out beautifully, and the designs are cute and eye-catching. They are sure to be a hit at the bachelor party. We are going on a deep-sea fishing charter in Florida, and will have eight guys all matching in these tropical shirts. I wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Trading Co, for anyone in need of embroidery services or looking to purchase items for custom embroidery.”

We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!”
“Petite Cabane is so special. It has stunning children's clothing, a delightful selection of books, and whimsical toys. Everything is the highest quality, which has become such a rarity. The treasures we pick out here have brought great joy to our family and friends. What I think is really unique is that customers become so much more than "a face in the crowd". The employees take an interest in those who stop by and have wonderful suggestions- really hearing what you came in to find. We've enjoyed the special events they have put on and were incredibly impressed with their dedication to gather supplies and donations for those in need in Ukraine. This store has a wonderful heart for the community. I'm incredibly thankful for Petite Cabane and will be a customer always.”

“I have been to this location a few times and have always had a good experience. The store is clean and stocked, and the employees are helpful (but not annoyingly so, especially if you don't need help). They let you shop and don't get in your way (which I personally prefer). I don't live here (my sister does), and I haven't purchased anything from this location, so I cannot speak to how easy it is to return or exchange at this location.”

They didn’t have the shirts I was looking for in the color I wanted but they opened up packaging on the size I was looking for and let me try it even though they knew I wasn’t going to buy it. I ended up buying one shirt and I’ll be back to buy more when they have the colors I’m looking for. I don’t have any complaints about anything regarding this store.”

“Visited today after not going for easily over a year. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are under new ownership!! New flooring, lighting and much needed organization was done & it looks great! They had a great selection of clothing at a very decent price. One of the owners was working when we arrived and she was a sweetheart and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back and I will recommend their store to all my mama friends!”
“This store always has crazy good sales around the holidays. The designs are what all the little girls currently want - unicorns and mermaids. I was specifically searching for unicorns for a birthday gift and this store had a lot of them. The long sleeve shirts were 60% off so I bought three. The two glittery unicorn shirts will be a huge hit with my bday girl. The store is well organized with boys clothes on the left and girls on the right. Older kids clothes at the entrance and baby clothes in the back.”
